How are you guys attaching a video to a post?

You can link or imbed.

First, get a free account at YouTube.
Upload your video file @ YouTube.
Once it has a web address (www.youtube/.../etc), just copy and past the link in the message box we use to post.

That's it . . .

i have found you must use "the long link"
when you hit share just under it will be "options"click on that then choose long link .
then copy n paste that link into the window .
