Wanted - trc-457 base cb with frequency counter

Hello, im looking for a modified trc-457 which has a frequency counter installed replacing the radio's original stock digital clock. I know there was a eba y seller years ago selling a kit to replace the radios clock with a frequency counter which tracked both tx and rx. Im located in ontario canada and will cover shipping. This is probably a long shot but figured i would try!
