Hey was looking to spend around the 60 to 80 bucks for a decent VHF SWR meter ? what would be the best bank for my buck ? and do they show power out put as well ?

Daiwa has some cross needle swr/power meters for vhf/uhf, but they're closer to $100. You might have to keep your eyes open for a used one in the price range you mentioned.
