My Palomar TX100 started smoking, so I got a hold of this "no name" bi linear amp on eBay, hooked it up and it really puts out!
It seems to be pushing nearly 200w, that is if my meter is true.
Can anybody tell me what it is?
Pardon the fuzzy pics.

Mike

Can Anyone Identify This?

It is a no name bi-linear, but can anyone identify it as far as brand name so that I might be able to get documentation on it?

I have the very same amp. It is marked as a SCP SC-100T-BL.
Never have located any documentation on it, but as you state it is a talker.

Hey, thanks guys! So it is actually a 100w amp. Hmmmm, I guess my cheapo Radio Shack meter is not surprizingly inaccurate, being that it is reading like 175w pep.
But yes, it really cranks!
