Where are the best places to buy a Texas Star Amp ? ? ?

I want to get a new amp to go along with a Galaxy 99 and a 70 amp power supply. I talk on AM mainly but, I also like to slide over to SSb. I thinking of a Texas Star DX 500. I am willing to consider others. Just want the most bang for the buck and; clean instant power. Thanks for reading!

I bought mine new sealed in the box and packaged nicely from Copper. They had the best price, Use it mainly on SSB 10 meters with no complaints. When on AM I come thru the computer speakers in the next room like a PA system. I have the DX350HDV Great amps. Some people say copper sells some referb radios as new???? I seem to get what I pay for. Copper Electronics, Inc.

I have the 350HDV and 500V. Can't go wrong with either one. Don't be tempted by the 667, you will over drive it with that 99v

Pass on the variable model. Just get the DX500 non-variable, drive it with about 1.75-2W and it should last you a long time.
