Where not to install a antenna

Cant say I would be worried about geting shocked but the interference would be another thing. These guys should know those wires are insulated and the chance of geting a shock would be slim.

Up here the first time the power company meter reader came by the owner would be getting a note and a warning including an offer to remove it for him. AFAIK it is against regulations to do what he did.

Can't say I've done the exact same thing, but I do have to say I've probably done things about as 'un-smart'. Some times because I just wanted to see what would happen (yeah, right). Other times cuz I didn't have any other choices. (Happily, I can say those thingys were later changed.) Not the worst choice in the world, but then...

I knew a guy that mounted a ground plane on the utility pole that the service to his house came into.
PG&E red tagged it, and gave him 48 hours to remove it, if not they told him they would termanate his service.
