Which is better a Gizmotchy beam or a Maco laser 400

I'd go for an Omni as high as you can get it in the air for local or Dx and a Maco m105c or m106c flat side/horizontal - great for shooting skip.

I am curious if anybody has any experience with the following beams a Gizmotchy Beam with 6 elements and a Maco Laser 400 and I would like to know which is better. I also want something that will handle a serious amount of power and is not bad about splattering. Please let tell if you have had good or bad experiences with either!
