I was thinking about starting a new forum section for people to post whatever video or audio clips that they've captured. They could be "how to" type videos, or just fun stuff like watergates.

Is there enough interest to start a section like this?

Who has content to share with the rest of us?

YouTube - CB RADIO LOCAL TALK PRESIDENT MADISON
I've posted this one before on aother thread here. This is YamahaDude's videogate, with me ('triple four') and 'The Russticle' ('Russ'). We are all local friends that talk often from the South Bay Area/San Jose CA. We all get some great skip talkin from our base stations, as our stations are pretty decent. Especially YamahaDude's station; it is AMAZING!!!

well, i didnt know we were including youtube vids!

here ya go:

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

if this is not thread appropriate; feel free to delete this post.

Well I was more interested specifically in things that forum members have produced themselves. The would be hosted on youtube, vimeo, whatever, but typically content created by forum members.

Does that make more sense? I don't want to start a new forum section if it won't get used, but I think it would be a cool way to share video & audio with other forum members.

Whaddya think?

Do a search on the net for Night Ranger`s CB page or some thing like that and you will find his web page. He is from SC I think and has a page with old cb recordings from his area in the 70s or 80s when cb was in its hayday.

Real cool site.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes

Wes, it's better if you start a thread on the main forum, more people are going to see your question.
  • @ heartbreaker3473:
