Will an Icom HM-98S mic Work on a IC-2000 ?

Anyone know if compatible? Both are for their 2 meter mobiles. Both are modular plugs. The 98S came with the later 2100 and 2200 mobile. My 2000 came with a HM95 DTMF mic. Spec sheets I've seen doesn't include the 2000 with 98S mic compatibility ... but it may have been left out just because the radio was older.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
