Wiring for a 526T to a Cobra 148

Hi all..... Picked up a Shure 526T and wanted to wire it to my 148. After reading the manual on the mic, I'm a bit confused. Not so much with audio and shield, but the different combos for transmit and receive and the other 2 wires (blue and yellow). If anyone has the info I'd be most appreciative....... Thx.

P.s. The 148 is an older 5 pin side mount (Taiwaneze).

I have been using the 4 to 5 pin adapter jacks mostly because I am not so good with soldering and they are about five dollars. I think "cb tricks.com" has the wiring schematics.
