Looking for a 2m mobile radio. Needs to be modern enough to have tones. I would prefer somthing with alpha labeling. My kenwood 271a isnt transmitting tones for some reason so the repeaters ignore me. Might just order a newer kenwood 281 for about $130.

also looking for a cheap mobile antenna. 2 meter or duelband. Nothing to tall. Preferably on a magmount if smaller like a 1/4 wave.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
