Hello all. I hope everyone is doing well. I am going thru a Divorce. And am selling my last Yaesu FT-102 Transceiver. I did the 11 meter mod using Diodes. On 10 meters 28.5 to 29.0 MHZ I believe it has a cold solder joint on one of the Diodes either on the Freq counter unit or on the local unit board. I can only go down to 27.2350 New diodes for the mod will come with the Transceiver. Or you could just remove the mod. The transceiver receives and transmits. I took a pic of the final board and you can see the coil has not been overheated. The Transceiver is very clean and the front panel on the ft-102 does not have any marks or scratches. I have the original Yaesu ft-102 box. Just the am/fm board alone is worth $200.00 I also have the am filter. I will also include a pair of New original Fujitsu of Japan sealed relay type FBR221A DO12 RL02 on the RF unit. I paid $75.00 for the two relays. They are no longer made and very hard if not impossible to find. I am a very honest person. and have sold a lot of radio gear on the forum. Here is a good deal for someone. I am asking $210.00 Plus Shipping UPS Ground with Tracking info. PayPal gift for payment. If you know or have a ft-102 you know you will not find one in this good of shape for the asking price. There is no scratchy controls or switches. rf amp works fine. Has good 6146 tubes.

Last offer. The AM/FM board alone is worth more than my asking price of $125.00 Plus Shipping cost UPS Ground. I am only the second owner. I have the original Yaesu FT-102 Transceiver Shipping cartoon and the cartoon the Transceiver came in from Factory. Original parts list manual. Yaesu inspection tag with string. Two new original factory Fujitsu of Japan (sealed relays) type FBR221A DO12 RL02 for on the RF unit. No longer available. I will also include in a extra set of used 3 hi end Matsushita S2001A output tubes in good condition. A 6146B is the same as a S2001A tube. Not a S2001. The faceplate of the Yaesu ft-102 is a 9 3/4 out of 10 Condition. No scratchy controls or switches. All lights work. Including both meters. Counter unit works. RF Amp works. RF Power amp works. Just needs 11 meter mod fixed or removed. I also have the very hard to find complete 11 meter mod sheet. Also have NOS driver tube. The Yaesu ft-102 has not been abused always taken care of. You will not find a deal like what I am offering anywhere. I have sold a number of Yaesu FT-102 Transceivers here on the forum with happy customers. 73'
