Had an unbelievably great QSO with ZL4IR about 8:40 pacific today on 14.251. I was lucky and was the first to get him when he started calling CQ. Running 100 watts with a 20m inverted V dipole, he gave me a 5-7 report!!

I made the same contact after Mole using my Mosley TA-34

got a 5-9 with 100 watts

Wish i could have talked skip. When it can thats when the storm came and had to shut the radio down
