To be honest there's really only a few(compared to how many shops there are) true radio techs IMO I also know that DTB is one of them :D

I agree preacherman. Shawn bent over backwards to fix my issues. He even called me just the other day out of the blue to ask about the radio. :D I am very pleased with the radio and the customer service
