Around here, we use them to keep the rain from getting into the antenna...Helps dry them out...Mine worked so good this past summer that it didn't rain on my antenna all summer long!

however, I have heard of the SX-175 power cabinet.
Is that what you mean?
It uses four ERF-2030 MOSFET's.
They have a new one coming out since the last time I talked to Sam Lewis a year ago, Uses four ERF-7530 MOSFET's and does 300 watts.

They are neat but must go in a full size radio and are alittle expensive.
Calling them "power cabinets" now are they? LOL The FCC will never catch on to that
