Someone has a gripe with EBAY

This is just fuel for some a-holes fire (the names have been changed to protect the innocent) Ebay is just Ebay , IM betting this guy twisted the wrong persons nuts along the way , and this kind of retaliation is not going to help him much. I've sold alot of gear that wasn't kosher to Ebay's or FCC's rules and regulations , Have I been lucky or just plain stupid ? or both ? Mans got to do what mans got to do as well as being prepaired to pay the price of life that can go with it. As far as Ebay goes and selling what may not be kosher to them or quote on qoute The Ebay P.D. alls one can do is watch there P's and Q's the best that they can and hope for the best outcome. Many folks whom end up in these kinds of situations like to point the finger at others , forgetting about the three other fingers they have pointing right back at themselves , point your index finger and you'll see what I mean.

Anyone see this? He says EBAY is booting his radios and linears and others are allowed to sell them and is asking others to join in on a class action suit against EBAY. Click on sellers store to read about the lawsuit.

Ebay pulls items after they get complaints from "other" Ebay members. The "other" ebayers consist primarily anal retentive Hams that really have no life.

A lot of it is in how the auctions are worded. Ebay is fairly clueless itself, so if an obviously 11 meter amp is put up but the description says not for 11m odds are it will stay up. Same applies for the illegal "export only" radios that only seem to be sold in the US. You will never be able to convince me hams actually buy radios with roger beeps and echo and talkback built-in! Hasn't anyone noticed real ham rigs aren't chromed anymore? That said, I do have fun occasionally getting my hands on one to see what I can pick up, but I wouldn't buy one. My 706 is a better radio.
