Was a cool opening...heard others just let some of the new op's work them...I was getting all on first call with the new FT-950/3-572B's at a KW/GP at 36ft...
The RX on that FT-950 is so clean and sharp...I love it!

This last week there has been good skip from 12 noon (your time) until about 4 or 5 pm, but it has been in & out. If you monitor 26.955 this weekend I think we can hook up.

Opening was on 10-22-08 and between 21-2200Z...(28.3 to 28.550 Mhz)listen same time last evening heard nothing but some good extended ground wave in the 100+ mile range.

399: Actually I am more east than south...about 10 miles south of the 114 mile exit off I-70 between Indy and Richmond (Nr Rushville)

N9RDK: I would be honored to be your first contact...I run 28.400...most evenings and mobile back an forth to Indy for work...morning commute 6 AM to about 6:45 AM and afternoons from about 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM...I'll be home this weekend drop me a line and be Great to hitch up...
