I emailed the seller that this amp could be bought straight from X-Force for $279.99 but he has a buy it now only for $346.99.
His reply "this amp has been modified and the pentatiameter has been tweaked. The amp is able to run on 18 volts". Of course the amp is listed as New. I'm sure that amp has a Flux Capacitor in it also.

I must have wandered into the Twilight Zone.

Boy, the spelling of the device mentioned is enough to make ya click off that item. The XForce should handle 18V anyhow so what's the big price spike for the amp?
