I like/use a Magnum OmegaForce S45 every day.
SSB is xlnt; great features vs cost.

I guess before anyone can answer that question, what is the question. Are you a ham radio guy looking for a 10m ham radio? Or are you a cb guy looking for an Export radio (10m radio wink wink) ?
Next up if your considering an Export you have to decide what features you want and how much power you want and can feed. First up would be do you need SSB or just AM/FM ? Do you talk alot of AM and is echo and talk-back important?

President/Uniden Lincoln/HR2510/HR2600. They sound magnificent with a good after market microphone. They have a really good RX too.
well i use to have a 2830, which i should have never sold 
loved it but cant find them anywhere now apart from ebay. looked at the s9 an the superstar 3900 nice looking rigs surely , booty thats a nice one too lol bit outa my price range tho .. basicly i,m after an am,fm, with side bands so i can call on 27.555 ... ( export radio )
