best 100/250 watt linear

Hi,I am trying to get a base station setup put together. Does anyone know of a good 100/250 amp I could use.

also any of the texas stars if you want to run a S/S box with a power supply

If money is tight a KL-203 on a small power supply will get the job done. A Bulletproof 250 is a nice little choice, class AB and has the same filtering as the AB palomar. A Texas Star 250 or 299 is also a good choice.

Does anyone know where to get TS amps anymore? I would love to get a High Drive for my 77HML in the 250-350 watt range. doesn't necessarily have to be TS, maybe a Palomar or other clean AB1 type. op:

Harris AM-7223. Put a brick on the key, come back in two years. It will still be sitting at 250 watts carrier witha dirty air filter.

it will already be setup for a modulated signal and will work fine on 10-12 meters .
