Hello all.
Does anyone know where to get transmit and receive crystals for these old beauties? I need them for channel 28 and maybe channel 35.
What are the trans / receive frequencies for these crystals?
Also does anyone know of a way to lower the carrier on these old radios??

I know this is an older post but I wanted to bring it to the top. I know where to get the crystals, does anyone know of a way to lower the carrier and do it the correct way?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
