HI i have ben offered a skip shooter tube amp model 125 about the size of a washington base and is goldish in color 3 switches 1 ssb 2 power 3 pre amp and a meter on the front any one heard of or used 1 and how much shoul it put out thanks

I guess that you have never seen it run or, heard the amplifier on the air? How many and, what type of tubes does it have in it, got a picture of the amplifier?

Generic answer: This is a 1970-ish tube amplifier that probably uses 2 6JE6/6LQ6 tubes, you might see 100 to 150 watts on SSB if tuned properly; Tube amps work best with about 4 watts input.
