You'll either have to stab it on the top or start from the bottom.

Where would I have to pick this up at if I were to purchase it?

Yes this type of Hazer you have to put it on over the top or as you put up
your tower. I have another type called the Voyager that has track that bolts onto the side of the tower and its made to fit 45G tower. The sled rides up the track and can
go up to 90ft and you can go around guy wires with the Voyager model.
I just listed the Voyager model today that Im also selling. It cost alot more.
