Hey fortymobile -- I heard you on channel 38 LSB over the weekend. Your audio was superb, and your signal was getting over the other stations most of the time. Now I'm tempted to pick up one of those FT-2000's myself. Thanks a lot.

Like all amateur radio transceivers, it will only transmit on the amateur bands out of the box. You need to perform a small mod to disable the TX inhibit function in order to get it to operate on 11 meters.
