Does any companies make unamplified desk microphones? Also what's the difference is the Turner +1,+2,and +3?

SHURE MODEL 444, SHURE MODEL 450, YAESU MD-1., YAESU YD-148, KENWOOD also made them. The ones I lsted are a few of the better ones. ASTATIC did made non amplified D104 and the 878L mics aswell as mentioned. There are alot of others out there.
MOTOROLA makes several unamplified desk mikes for their police/fire radio dispatch systems. They have excellent voice clarity on-the-air. You can also buy just the element, and adapt it to a different housing, since most of the Motorola mikes look pretty clunky.
