I bought this amplifier to do some testing for a friend. I did remove 2 capacitors and replace place them with lower value capacitors. The reason for this was to allow for lower drive and still retain a decent output. After testing for a couple hours using my FT817, I put the original capacitors back into the amplifier. I used the amp for a few hours and it ran flawlessly.

Amp looks NEW and comes in original box. 50-60 watts input yielded 350-400 out. These are designed to take 100 watts input. I never pushed it to that mark.

Cheapest price on the net new is $235 + shipping. Im asking $190 shipped!

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
