Is there A free software for the FT-2800M for programming the radio?

Thanks for the reply...I downloaded the programed and selected my com port,radio make and model but when I try to read from radio I get this error MSG "Failed to communicate with radio: Failed to read header"

Any idea?

Yuap I have that driver installed but keep getting the error msg. That driver work with my Boafeng uv-5r which I use chirp to progarm it....

Programming software for FT-2800M

You might give CHIRP a try. It's a linux program, but I believe that they have a windoze port too.
