Anyone have a photo of the back of the face plate to see how it mount's? I really dont like that junk plastic cage think to mount the face and was wondering if it has a Threaded type hole like my FTM-350AR.

I don't recall seeing any threaded holes on the back of my FT-7900R fascia. I can confirm later when I get home if no-one else has confirmed this in the meantime, but from what I remember there isn't one.

The beauty of that plastic caddy though is that you could always fix a nut on the back of it to make it threaded and use that on the mount you wanted to use.....

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
