What is the characteristics and quality of these 2 hand mics?

Here you go.Turner 350D-Paging mic,200 Ohm Z,wired for relay switching.Freq responce 200-4500 HZ. Shure 404C-Paging mic,Hi Z,!K ohm Z,5 post leaf switch. Neither of these are intended for CB use.Hope this helps.
