Is this a counterfeit Turner +3B

Been eyeballing this and other +3s and +3Bs as a possible replacement for my Super Sidekick. Have examined old threads on this and other boards and can't really get a definitive answer as to whether or not there is any difference between them. Best I can figure is one has a 4-wire cord and the other has a 6-wire cord.

And all +3Bs are not the same in my experience.....the one I had was no where near as loud as the old beat up one my buddy triple 3 has.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
