RCI 2950 Help

I have and older version RCI 2950 that developed a problem, went to use it the other day and I have no tx output on any band or any mode, everything else is working as supposed to, but key the mic and rx drops out and that"s it no output power.
any ides?.

Does the "TX" annunciator indicate when you 'key the mic'?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
