Buy a regular 4 to 6 pin adaper. Take it apart and rewire it yourself to work on your 8900.

I got one on the way from Redman CB. He said they're not wired for a 8900 so I'll rewire it when it arrives.
P.S. The stock mic is working better today. I hold the top of the PTT switch but still keep an eye when it jumps back one channel. I'm monitoring 27.425 LSB
