:confused1: I've been looking for a good station for a while. I found a Royce 1-641 SSB/Am 1977 model in good shape for it's age. It has a D-104 with it and all seems to work as should. It has a toggle switch on the back which changes the wattage when flipped by a couple of watts.
My question is what is it worth???, it's 18 lbs of radio, but a really nice looking unit. Looking to hear from you, let me know what you think. 3's to ya and have a nice Labor Day.

not sure what the radio is worth not knowing what has been done to it. at its age it will more than likely have to have all the caps changed in it. I have the AM only version of that radio and it works good after I changed the old dried out caps in it. saw one like you are talking about on ebay awhile back listed at 99.00 and 20.00 to ship and it did not sell. the one I have was given to me by a friend that has a C repair shop and he could not sell it so after a year he gave it to me to do what ever with it, no one wanted it.

not what you wanted to hear but it is all in how bad some one wants one of them. personally I would not give more than 50.00 for it due to what will more than likely have to be done to it to get it to its full potential.

:closedeyes:Less than 1/2 of that, I figure the D-104 is worth that, and it seems to work on all the channels. Thank's for the reply.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
