148 GTL.. Price?

Found a 148 GTL on Craigs list, but it's listed with some other equipment and has no price. I texted the guy about it and he said it's all stock and in excellent condition. What are they worth? I saw a slightly modified one in the classifieds for 100 bucks shipped, so I'm assuming this one would be worth about the same, right?

I just sold one that was is great shape to one of my neighbors for $30. It was 5 years old and I got my money's worth of use out of it. If I were to have sold it on Craigs list I would have put $55 on it. It's nothing special.

Just go to E-Bay and search completed listings of cobra 148s, then you will get an idea of what they are worth. If it's one of the new 148's I would skip it, they suck. As with anything on craigslist be careful, might be a reason he is getting rid of it. Just because he says it's stock don't mean it is or even works.

I wouldn't pay no more than $60 for a 148 side mic in superb condition. However, there's plenty of nostalgia buffs out there, which I'm not.
