Made driving very tolerable talked all over, i hope i talked to someone on here i was 101 portable ne oklahoma then 101 portable se kansas lol my old cobra 148f gtl and texas star black widow on that new wilson 100 antenna worked awesome, my 148 has the best receive mod ive ever seen upgraded filtering not trashy (above 40) happy thanksgiving weekend to all of you 101 operater Bob is back home! lol
 

so did you hear me? no response on ssb from the base, so I came up and was calling on AM on my mobile, since there's no ssb in the mobile.
there was someone there, but no one came down to bitch at me...

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
