What's a good amp?

whats a good 250 watt amp? Tube or solid state..I used to run Texas star are they're better cleaner amps? Thanks
 

This tube amp is good for a continuous 250 watt AM carrier 24/7/365 :whistle:

I have had nothing but fantastic results with Telstar Electronics 250DX and 350DX. You would want the 350DX. If you want an amp that is good enough for an amateur radio operator with built in swr protection, thermal protections, true AB1 biasing with a transistor that tracks temp. not sand bar resistors with no birdies grab one. They are super clean I own one of each and 4 pcb's to do my own builds. My 350DX was a kit I had to put it together myself but my 250DX was fully built. These are not the amps you want though if you want to over drive them and volt them 24V's etc....
