I just replaced my 10 Meter attic dipole with a Par EndFedz 10-20-40 MKII. After hanging, I trimmed the matchbox end for 20 meters and the other end for 40, (per the directions and made MUCH easier using my antenna analyzer). Below are my final results.

20 meters is a flat 1.5 SWR across the entire band. (14.150 - 14.350)

40 Meters
7.125 - 1.7
7.150 - 1.5
7.200 - 1.1
7.225 - 1.2
7.250 - 1.5
7.275 - 1.8
7.300 - 2.4

10 Meters
28.300 - 1.5
28.500 - 1.3
28.700 - 1.2
28.900 - 1.3
29.100 - 1.5
29.400 - 1.9
29.700 - 2.3

Have already made several contacts with it on 20 and 40 despite it being hung in a relatively small space with a 90 degree bend and lots of nearby metal and wiring.

EndFedz antennas have a 4.9/5.0 rating on eHam.com (287 reviews).

I wholeheartedly agree and give it Two Thumbs Up!

I have the QSO master that covers from 80 meters up to 10 meters. Works good for me. It gets into everything with strong signal. I have some neighbors that used to play loud music past Midnight, No more. I get on 20 meters and call CQ a few times and the turn it off.
End fed antennas are notorious about getting into computer speakers and any other electronic devices. I think mine gets into the ice maker.

Mt wife was at her computer when I started talking and it freaked her out. The SSB sounded like a Scfi monster to her.

:ROFLMAO:

My apparent absence of interference might be because I am only running 25 watts. Actual output is closer to 10 if I stay within the ALC range, according to my watt meter which isn't a true PEP meter. Which leads to this question:

Would the reading on a true PEP meter such as the Daiwa 801HP typically be lower or higher?

a "true" PEP meter will read higher.

an AVG meter can not move quick enuf to measure the PEP output.

Ah. Was hoping so.

My antenna handles 25 watts. Since my meter is showing 10-15, I thought I had room to dial up more power. Glad I didn't. Thanks.

It can be HOA friendly too! You can hide it very easily. Mine is noticeable because I don't have HOA problems. My connection box is just above the gutter and my long wire goes up to a pole at 48 feet to a plastic pulley and I have the paracord to the insulator and the other end goes to concrete block hanging in the air.

If your radio has a built in tuner you are in good shape!

I have a QSOKing that does the same thing, it works well but gets into everything.

Riverman71 - any antenna is better than no antenna, look forward to working you someday.

This one works better than I expected given its location.
Have made contacts to Fla., Ga., Tn., Mo., Ca., and Canada. Have my map and colored stick-pins and am having a ball. :D

Did the phone, TV, radio, and computer speakers test with the wife listening. All clear here! (y)

Let me re-phrase that. All is mostly clear.
Wife reported a faint but weird noise in her ear buds while watching a movie on her iPad last night.
