Why not use a 4066 to "toggle" power to a bank?

That’s pretty much the most common exclamation to be heard on19 once out of the South (W of IH45?).

I went back to full time driving in 2012. It was so common I thought it must be from TV.

But don’t hear it much out of Texas.
