The same radio as the Dynascan P-72. I looked for the software on the KD-200UV, but didn’t locate any. It’s possible 409 hasn’t updated their software page yet. Chirp doesn’t cover either name badge at this time. This is typical of Chinese products being introduced without any software support. I did manage to locate two English software versions for the Dynascan P-72. I would assume one of those would work on the KD-200UV.
