A.R.F. 2001 Scanning Transceiver

OK, I have an ARF 2001 that isn't showing the 13.5VDc on any of the TP10's in AM on all Boards. All the other Test Pins are showing correct DC Voltages. I get the 13.5VDc on all the TP10's when on LSB and USB. I checked the 3 position switch and its switching the 13.5VDc on all modes AM, LSB & USB. On the switching side of the AM switch it appears to have 2 wires, one thin blue runs to the A7 Board that appears to be working correctly and the other has a thick Purple that runs to Board A3 TP6 that has the 13.5VDc it goes into a Quad Multimixer MC140066BCP. TP6 inputs on Control 3 pin 6 and pin 10 inputs on Control 1 Pin 13.
Im not sure if Im looking in the correct location for the missing 13.5VDc AM Mode on all boards TP10?

I recapped the entire radio today (electrolytic) I still show no power on TP 10 on all boards and noticed,on USB I see a nice flat line on the scope and show modulation but only swing to 1 watt, on AM I show a normal pattern on the scope with zero modulation and dead key of 7 watts, on LSB I'm showing an AM pattern not a flat line with modulation and 1 watt. I get this on both Antenna A & B.
