Amplifier using replacement mosfet power transistors

Hi to all. I have amplifier that uses 8 ERF9530 transistors. Some of these were bad or blown when I bought the amplifier. I can not find the ERF9530 transistors for replacement. I am in need o a good replacement transistor and your advice on which to use for replacement.Is the IRFP250 or the FPQ1310 a good replacement transistor? If so is it best to replace them all with same transistor?
