President Rondald no tx

Hi, I have a President Ronald which receives just fine, but wont transmit.

When I key, the SRF meter on the radio doesn't respond, but the TX icon is displayed.
Mic gain and RF gain at max.
PA is dead.
Nothing on the SWR meter.
I can hear myself on talk back.

Any thoughts?
