Welcome to the forum.

This is a advert in the eBay for sale section from over a decade ago.
If you post in the Export radio section it might get more attention.

Anyway,

With radio on press FUNC and release, then press and hold channel selector until the 11 meter freq's show. Then use the call button to select the bands. E band will be CB band. This must be done every time power is removed from radio.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
