Hey everyone,
Looking for a user manual on this old amp I bought years ago. Found some stuff on CB tricks, but not what I need.

I vaguely remember there being something about tuning it internally, and seems like it said it had filtering for 10, 15, and 20 meters, but I could totally be off base and have it mixed up with something else.

Anybody have a digital copy?

There are two tuning caps, one input, one output. One input cap is fixed, it is next to the SSB delay electrolytic on the PCB. Nothing exotic here.

The LPF board you have is very lossy. When I saw them, I removed them. However, I don't see any switching and the ones I saw had a band switch for filter selection. If the filter gets hot, it is trash. Also, the amp you have is the same as the DS1010, with an internal power supply.

I used to have one that came in a much bigger rectangular box with power supply bit it poofed on me. Couldn't remember on the tuning part. I have no idea if this is ab biased or not, as I read the later models were.

Thanks for your input, much appreciated!

Also the old one...I think it had two MRF455's in it. This one has these:

Yours looks like it MAY have some kind of AB mod, but it is not as is in the 1010 schematic. I may be able to tell if you get an unobstructed photo of the circuit from the input end of the PCB.
