I do a little misc work for a cb shop. He lets me use his equipment to do my stuff as long as I’m not competing with him I just do little repairs for local guys and he is all internet sales and service (cbpronto). I don’t bother him with technical questions or I’d ask him…but because he’s really doing me a favor letting me use his stuff, I don’t waste his time even when I’m in his shop.

What I don’t understand is
If his customer gets a Ranger, Galaxy, or Cobra, and there’s an issue, he sends them a label (w/in 30 days) to ship it back and he simply fixes it. Now, if the buyer messes with it, he’ll still help them out but won’t pay for shipping.
He's a forum member good contributor and is in here often.

I just bought one from Trucks and opted for the Toshiba voltage regulator upgrade. I'm glad that I did, after seeing many complaints about shorted voltage regulators and blown finals.
