They're pretty available on aliexpress and aren't expensive. I've got a spare but it's for the regular q6.
With that radio I still think the stock mic sounds best. I've tried several others but eventually always ended up using the stock one again. Just my opinion

I agree. I tried several different mikes on my Q6Pro, and the stock mike was always the best
