I used to be into CB back in the 1970's, then some in the 1980's for in car use.
Just got a used Uniden 510XL pro with bad internal speaker. Uniden won't sell me a speaker.
So I will add an external one maybe just stick it on the top of the radio.
People seem to like these and they are very low cost.
I keep seeing talk about different boards in them. Are older ones better or worse?
Mine was made in the Philipines and the copyright date on the board is 1987.
I have an SWR meter but no power meter. Any info appreciated, thanks!
