That sucks , great transceiver, I have the 3 modules and tone decoder in the radio. this one needs some repair, the memory section doesn't hold and its not the battery. the vfo knob jumps freq. when turning just like the RCI,and Galaxy Radios. The Antenna Tuner section is slow. Im in process for the HAM ticket but using the radio for 27 MEGS. Great for sideband. hooked up to the SP-500 antenna at 20 feet to feed point, I might try to raise the antenna another 5 feet to make it over the roof line
