With the VHF antenna on your nmo mount, you have to remove a center pin changer. If it's a Larsen mount. Then you can just get a VHF quarter wave, cut it, screw it on there and go. Don't buy it from eBay or Amazon because there's five companies out there that'll give you a decent price...good luk
If you have any nmo magnet mount to go with it I'll buy it from you. Also just know you don't have to change the amount or anything simply the antenna and probably want to get a new one of those every few years anyway.
