Cobra 142GTL speaker feedback (bleed) on modulation

I just received a 142 with this same issue. It only happens using DC power. 3 different known good mics all the same. Turned with the Dynamic and it happens dieting peak modulation. Turn up the Dynamic and it’s more pronounced like talkback. Checked the Ext / PA jacks for any anomalies, but...
